Fueled by curiosity, experimentation and collaboration, you\’ll help deliver scalable, impactful solutions that shape the future of insurance.Helpdesk is responsible for the smooth operation, maintenance, and lifecycle management of end-user hardware across the organisation. This includes laptops, mobile devices, peripherals, and meeting room AV/VC equipment.With a focus on reliability, security, and user experience, the role involves provisioning devices via MDM platforms such as Intune and Kandji, maintaining accurate asset records, and supporting efficient onboarding and offboarding processes. Collaborating closely with internal teams and external vendors, the technician ensures all hardware is operational, compliant, and aligned with business needs, minimising downtime and maximising user productivity.What you\’ll do:- Provide 1st line IT support to our Spain user base, and assist global colleagues across Italy and the UK.- Deliver technical support across a range of desktop and mobile systems, including Apple, Windows, and Linux platforms- Maintain and support video conferencing (VC) and audio-visual (AV) equipment, primarily Logitech and Cisco systems- Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including provisioning and deprovisioning devices using multiple MDM platforms, and maintaining a current asset inventory via our ITSM platform, Freshservice- Collaborate with Infrastructure and Enterprise Application Support teams to develop and enhance world-class IT services- Manage user accounts and access permissions, including account creation, modification, and deactivationContribute to IT projects, such as hardware refresh programmes and new technology rollouts.- Liaise with external providers to troubleshoot and resolve technical issuesDeliver exceptional customer service, maintaining a professional and positive attitude at all timesWhat we\’re looking for:- Experience providing IT support in a multi-site or international business environment- Strong working knowledge of both Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 administration and support- Proficiency in managing and deploying devices using MDM platforms- Familiarity with Cisco hardware and tools, especially in video conferencing and networking environments- Solid understanding of Windows and macOS operating systems; exposure to Linux is a plus- Experience using an ITSM platform for ticketing and asset management- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and user-focused approach- Well-organised, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic setting.**Why you\’ll love it here:**We want to make Prima a happy and empowering place to work.
