The Role

The position is embedded in the broader strategy to transform a service lead company into a product lead company. The goal is to improve the quality and the range of our SaaS solutions to serve our global client base with products enabling them to manage complex regulatory requirements for the digital ecosystems. The position is at the core of this strategy and you will play a pivotal role in translating complex regulatory requirements into easy understandable SaaS-solutions. You will be responsible for the product roadmap taking part in the decisions on which products to build and specifying the product requirements. Part of the role as well is to contribute in building not only the products but also the company.

Key responsibilities are:

  • Align on the product strategy and roadmap with all stakeholders.
  • Run product discovery for new product development.
  • Convert ideas into executable plans—scoping, prioritizing, and launching products on data protection, AI and digital governance.
  • Collaborate with legal, engineering, and operations teams to build scalable products.
  • Regularly gather feedback from delivery teams and clients to iterate and improve.
  • Manage the product life-cycle.

Skills Required

  • 5+ years of Product Management experience, ideally in Privacy, LegalTech or RegTech.
  • Strong technical acumen – you can speak the language of developers and legal ops alike.
  • Experience with workflow automation tools and client-facing platforms.
  • Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and passionate about user experience.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and experience working with cross-border teams.
  • Organisational skills and team lead quality.
  • Excellent communication skills, especially also in English.
  • Availability during normal business hours (CET).
  • Fast learning and openness to new and changing tasks.
  • Humour and the ability to make others laugh and to inspire.
