Description The IT department at the Premier League is seeking an IT Learning & Development Manager to deliver high-quality IT training and user development across the organisation. Reporting to the Learning & Development Senior Manager, the successful candidate will collaborate with the IT Service Desk, project teams, and broader business units to provide engaging, practical training that maximizes users\’ IT solutions proficiency. This role is ideal for an IT trainer or learning specialist passionate about working directly with users to enhance their skills, confidence, and knowledge in a dynamic environment. Application Deadline: 27 May 2025 Department: IT Location: London, UK Role Responsibilities: Deliver group training sessions, one-to-one coaching, and IT workshops. Conduct IT inductions for new employees. Create and update user-friendly training materials and digital content. Collaborate with the Service Desk to address common user challenges. Keep training content current with IT updates and emerging tech. Support operational needs by providing IT and telecoms support. Role Requirements: Experience in delivering IT training and support. Excellent communication skills and understanding of user IT concerns. Support experience with Windows 11 and Office 365. Ability to create digital content (video and written). Problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure. Self-motivated with a drive to improve training methods.
