The Senior Manager, Broadcaster Servicing, Americas & EMEA is a key member of the Premier League’s global Media Rights Servicing team. Reporting into the Head of Broadcaster Servicing for the two regions, this role is focused on both the strategic and the day‑to‑day delivery of best‑in‑class servicing to Rights Holders across North America, Latin America, and EMEA.
The role is the primary point of contact for broadcast partners, ensuring they can fully utilise, activate, and promote Premier League rights in their markets across content, access, production, and activation opportunities. The role provides best‑in‑class account management, underpinned by a deep knowledge and understanding of the Americas and EMEA markets and broadcaster priorities, and excellent cross‑functional planning and coordination to make sure partners receive the premium experience expected from the Premier League.

The work we do in conjunction with the Clubs also goes far beyond the 90 minutes. We support and provide a framework for youth development, we protect the organisation’s intellectual property, support the wider game and community programmes, undertake international development work and liaise with governing bodies and other leagues.

Americas and EMEA regional strategy and leadership
- Lead the servicing of a range of the Premier League’s broadcast partners in the Americas and EMEA, ensuring consistent, premium delivery across all markets and partners.
- Act as a senior point of escalation for all broadcaster servicing matters in the regions.
- On behalf of the Premier League, provide an interface to support the relationship between broadcasters and Premier League Studios on production-related matters.
- Support the long-term health and value of Premier League broadcast partnerships through proactive servicing and collaboration.
- Support the Head of Broadcaster Servicing, Americas and EMEA in leading the newly created team across Premier League HQ, PL Studios and our New York office. And lead and develop a new hire, the Manager Broadcaster Servicing (New Hire).
Rights Delivery and Operational Execution
- Oversee daily delivery of contractual rights, coordinating closely with internal teams (PL Studios, Digital, International Events, Commercial, Communications, Policy).
- Ensure broadcasters understand Premier League content workflows, distribution systems, and operational processes.
- Work closely with the Broadcaster Servicing and PL Studios Project Delivery functions to support the planning and delivery of events, activations, screenings, talent access, and region‑specific production requests.
Insight, Planning and Reporting
- Capture and maintain detailed broadcaster insight, including interactions, performance indicators, content preferences, and market nuances.
- Manage and contribute to central planning processes at both the Premier League and PL Studios, including key dates calendars, reporting cycles, and case study development.
Content Product and Market Development
- Share local and regional insights to relevant PL/PLS stakeholders to inform content creation, product development, and broader Premier League strategic planning (e.g. international events).
- Provide feedback to PL Studios on the Premier League’s international production offering and support localisation needs where relevant (e.g., language, presentation style, market‑specific features).
- Identify opportunities for regional activation, digital innovation, or enhanced fan engagement.
Leadership and Cross Functional Collaboration
- Support the Director /Head of Broadcaster Servicing, Americas and EMEA to constantly iterate and develop the operating model of broadcaster servicing.
- Act as the Broadcasting department contact for any market‑specific requests from commercial partners, sponsors, and internal business units.
- Work with colleagues in London and New York to ensure consistent servicing standards, coordinated communications, and aligned delivery across both (and all) regions.
- Contribute to departmental culture and organisational leadership.
Requirements for the role
- The right candidate will have a strong background in media rights servicing and activation, as well as an astute understanding of the commercial drivers that make media rights partnerships a success.
- They will have experience of providing a key interface between a rights holder and its client(s) and have a passion for customer servicing.
- Significant experience in a commercial business environment, within a sports rights holder, broadcaster, corporate brand management, or advertising / digital agency.
- Or significant experience within a broadcaster on the production side of the business.
- Proven project management skills and experience.
- Proven expertise in a client servicing team, within a sports rights holder, governing body, agency, or working for a sponsor brand would be an advantage.
- Relationship management skills to develop, maintain and strengthen client and stakeholder relationships including internal and external relationships.
- Strategic thinking mindset to support clients’ objectives and drive business growth and innovation internally and externally.
- Problem solving with the ability to identify and resolve complex problems.
- Analytical skills critical to gather and interpret data, draw insights and make informed decisions to improve client service delivery.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- Crisis management skills and ability to work effectively under pressure in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent command of corporate IT tools and ability to follow the internal user rules (Outlook, etc.).
