Your Role
Pride in London is searching for a dedicated and experienced Producer to join our marketing team. As a Producer, you will play a crucial role in planning, coordinating, and executing diverse marketing initiatives that amplify the message of Pride and contribute to our mission of fostering inclusivity and celebration.
Your Responsibilities
- Oversee the planning and execution of end‑to‑end marketing campaigns, ensuring all elements are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with Pride in London’s brand identity.
- Collaborate closely with the Creative Director, marketing, and communications teams to understand campaign objectives and contribute to the development of creative concepts.
- Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and partners to facilitate the production of marketing materials, including print collateral, digital content, and promotional items.
- Photography – liaise and manage external photographers to ensure Pride in London has volunteers available for events throughout the year and on the day of Pride.
What You'll Bring To Pride In London
- Proven experience as a Producer in marketing, events, or related fields, with a track record of successful project management.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, coupled with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with internal teams, external partners, and vendors.
- Understanding of LGBTQ+ issues and a passion for contributing to the mission of Pride in London.
