Your Role

Join one of the world's largest and most recognisable Pride organisations as a graphic designer. You'll create impactful marketing assets for Pride in London, potentially seeing your work displayed along the parade route, across our social channels, and at various Pride events. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute your creative skills to a meaningful cause and be part of a dynamic volunteer team.

Role Start Date: ASAP or January 2026

Role End/Review Date: August 2026

Time Commitment: Approx. 6–8 hours per week, depending on time of year. Fortnightly team meetings, monthly all team meetings and regular check‐ins with the Director of Marketing.

Responsibilities

  • Create marketing assets for Pride in London, displayed along the parade route, social channels, and various Pride events.
  • Transform briefs into captivating visual stories while adhering to brand guidelines.
  • Manage projects, meet deadlines, and prioritise tasks to ensure timely delivery.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and incorporate feedback.
  • Participate in volunteer meetings and contribute to design strategy.

What We're Looking For

  • A keen eye for aesthetics and a diverse skill set across various design platforms.
  • Experience in graphic design, with motion graphics knowledge as a plus.
  • Proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite or alternatives like Affinity Designer, Sketch, Figma, or Corel Draw).
  • Ability to transform briefs into captivating visual stories while adhering to brand guidelines.
  • Strong organisational skills to manage projects and meet deadlines.
  • Experience in agency, studio, or freelance design work (preferred).
  • Flexibility to set your own schedule and work independently.
  • Team player mentality to collaborate with stakeholders and incorporate feedback.
  • Passion for design and enthusiasm for Pride in London's mission.
