Your Role

Please be aware we are looking for TWO Artist Liaison Managers. One for Leicester Square Stage and one for Dean Street Stage. If you have a preference, you should put this in your application. The Artist Liaison Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for artists performing on the Stage during the festival day. This role is vital to ensuring smooth communication between event organisers and artists, addressing their needs, and facilitating a seamless performance experience. This position is ideal for candidates passionate about live events, artist relations, and fostering a supportive environment for performers.

Commitment Required

Duration: Single-day engagement during the festival for 5th of July, 2025, however position would begin in May or earlier. You should be able to dedicate three hours a week to Pride in London, through all teams meetings and remote calls leading up to the event day).

Your Responsibilities

  • Artist Coordination: Welcome artists and their teams upon arrival at the venue. Communicate schedules, updates, and any changes effectively throughout the day. Escort artists to their designated areas, including dressing rooms, green rooms, and performance spaces.
  • Support Services: Address artist requests promptly, such as technical needs. Maintain backstage areas to ensure comfort and professionalism alongside stages team.
  • Problem Solving: Act as the first point of contact for any issues or emergencies involving artists during the festival day. Work closely with stages and operations teams to resolve logistical challenges swiftly.
  • Representation: Uphold a positive relationship between artists and Pride in London by ensuring high-quality service and care. Represent Pride in Talent professionally in interactions with artists, agents, and external stakeholders.

  • Knowledge of live event production and artist requirements: Previous experience in live events and working with artists is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with Health and Safety Protocols: Knowledge and understanding of H&S protocols in event settings is an additional bonus.
  • Commitment to Inclusivity: A deep understanding and respect for LGBTQIA+ rights, with a commitment to ensuring a positive and inclusive event experience.
