We are looking for a Business Analyst to help structure and deliver complex product initiatives. This role sits between Product and Engineering teams, ensuring that product priorities are translated into clear, structured work that development teams can execute efficiently. The BA will play a key role in organising complex workstreams, refining requirements, and maintaining a healthy delivery pipeline. The goal is to ensure that engineers always have well-defined work ready to pick up and that product initiatives move smoothly from idea to delivery. This role is particularly valuable in helping free up the Product team from operational BA work, allowing them to focus more on strategy, discovery, and prioritisation. The ideal candidate is structured, pragmatic, and comfortable turning ambiguous ideas into concrete deliverables.

Team Structure: Initially this role will support approximately 7 developers across two teams, working closely with Product and the engineers. The BA will become an important coordination point for delivery clarity across teams.

Tools: The team currently uses:

  • Slack (team communication)
  • Miro (collaboration and planning)

Working Model: Remote-first, optional 1 day per week in the office.

Why Join Us?

  • Be part of a fast-growing fintech disrupting the market
  • Remote-first working environment

  • Enhanced parental leave
  • Work in a collaborative, innovative, friendly and inclusive environment

We are an equal opportunity employer and welcome applications from all backgrounds. This is a permanent position open to UK-based candidates only. We welcome applications from anywhere in the UK, but unfortunately we are unable to consider candidates who are not currently residing in the UK.
