We are looking for a curious, agile Senior Manager with strong business and risk acumen to join our TAD+ (Technology, AI, Data and Third Parties) risk management team. The team acts as a trusted advisor to PwC's client-facing businesses and internal functions, enabling the safe, effective and innovative use of technology, data and third parties across the firm. Reporting to a TAD+ Director, you will be responsible for designing and developing the governance structures and supporting artefacts (including policies and guidance) that underpin our Risk Management Framework for Technology, Data and Third Parties.
What your days will look like:
- Designing and managing our team's governance framework and leading the development of supporting artifacts such as policy and guidance.
- Managing the production of our teams input to other Governance forums across Risk Management, Technology, Data and Business Solutions functions.
- Defining and managing our team's operating rhythm including meeting cadence, reporting requirements and stakeholder mapping.
- Working alongside the wider TAD+ leadership team managing matters related to people, finance and reporting for our team.
- Oversee the team skills matrix, leading the development of a training programme for the team with a view to continue to foster the critical skills and knowledge required for our team to operate efficiently and effectively.
The role is for you if:
- You have demonstrable experience in a management role either in risk management or policy and governance spaces, ideally within a regulated environment.
- You can demonstrate strong strategic thinking, agility, and the ability to articulate strategy and performance through clear KPIs and reports.
- You are skilled in analysing and leveraging data to inform strategic and operational decisions.
- You excel in clear verbal and written communication, senior stakeholder management, and building strong relationships to drive outcomes.
- You are highly organised, flexible, and able to balance evolving priorities, with an appreciation of PwC's UK and global working practices.
