The Partner Office Partner Tax team is seeking an Associate to join on a permanent basis, with supported study towards ATT and CTA qualifications available. The team manages the tax affairs of around 1,100 partners, with the role focused on preparing annual tax returns and responding to a wide range of tax queries, including income tax, capital gains tax and financial reviews. The role also involves calculating and managing tax reserves, arranging payments to HMRC and completing reconciliations. This position suits someone detail‑focused, organised, numerate and confident communicating with senior stakeholders.
What your days will look like:
- Prepare partners’ personal tax returns, ensuring accuracy and completeness of all tax data.
- Collate and present supporting information for review by senior team members.
- Manage workload and priorities effectively, monitoring progress against deadlines.
- Maintain accurate records and provide administrative support, contributing to effective team delivery.
