Women in Business – Risk and Compliance

At PwC, we’re committed to improving our gender balance and showcasing female leaders. Female talent is currently underrepresented in our industry and although 42% of 2023 equity partner promotions and 45% of PwC’s 2024 graduate intake were female, there’s still work to be done.

Open to all, this programme is aimed at inspiring and supporting women interested in professional services and success on the programme will lead to a graduate offer for our 2027 graduate programme. Come and meet the inspiring women who are leading PwC into the future and take the first step to a graduate role at PwC.

We help clients to manage their finances and interpret the critical data needed to measure performance today and plan for tomorrow. So our people grow to understand the financial foundations behind the business world, across every industry.

On our Risk and Compliance programmes, you'll help organisations navigate complex regulatory landscapes and enhance their internal controls to mitigate risks effectively. Apply to this business area if:

  • you are comfortable and enjoy working with numbers and technology
  • you build strong relationships and thrive in a team
  • you are curious to learn the financial management behind every type of organisation.

What you’ll need:

  • You’ll be graduating in 2027 or have already graduated.
  • Success on this programme will lead to a graduate offer for 2027 and any employment offer made by PwC is contingent on you obtaining and maintaining the right to work and reside legally in the UK for the full duration of the graduate programme.

Please note that not all of our roles satisfy the Home Office's eligibility criteria. Please check here before you apply to ensure you are eligible for the graduate programme before applying.

The programme will run from 08 - 10 September 2026.
