Women in Business – Management Consulting
At PwC, we’re committed to improving our gender balance and showcasing female leaders. Female talent is currently underrepresented in our industry and although 42% of 2023 equity partner promotions and 45% of PwC’s 2024 graduate intake were female, there’s still work to be done.
This programme is aimed at inspiring and supporting women interested in professional services and success on the programme will lead to a graduate offer for our 2027 graduate programme. In Management Consulting, we use our understanding of how business works and how technology can create competitive advantage to help clients deliver profitable growth. This might mean helping businesses understand and create better experiences for their customers and employees, optimising financial management, driving operational efficiency, advising on workforce effectiveness, or bringing together a range of interrelated projects to deliver broad strategic outcomes.
Throughout, you’ll learn how to provide business leaders with the data and insight they need to make smarter decisions. You will develop strategies and solutions that streamline processes, improve productivity, and drive business performance.

What you’ll need:
You’ll be graduating in 2027 or have already graduated. Success on this programme will lead to a graduate offer for 2027 and any employment offer made by PwC is contingent on you obtaining and maintaining the right to work and reside legally in the UK for the full duration of the graduate programme.
