About the role
As an AI Upskilling Design Consultant, the role contributes to shaping the future of learning at PwC. Working within the Digital Design team in Firmwide Learning & Development, the role uses generative AI and digital innovation to design engaging, practical learning experiences. Collaboration with designers, technologists and subject matter experts is central to exploring how AI can make learning more creative, efficient and impactful. A key focus of the role is supporting AI upskilling, helping colleagues build confidence and capability to use AI effectively in their work.
What your days will look like:
- Design and deliver learning solutions by using AI and digital approaches to create engaging, technology‑enabled experiences that meet business needs.
- Collaborate across teams to work with Learning, Innovation, and business colleagues to identify where AI can enhance learning design or delivery.
- Support delivery and adoption by coordinating digital technologies for live and virtual learning and contributing to initiatives that build confidence in using AI responsibly.
- Drive continuous improvement by experimenting with new AI methods, sharing effective practices, and reviewing content to ensure quality, accuracy, and consistency with standards.
