About the Role
Organisations are facing increasing pressure to adapt amid economic volatility, geopolitical uncertainty, and intensifying competition. In response to growing client demand, we are expanding our TP&I team across our UK regional offices. As a Manager, you will work with a diverse range of clients alongside leading practitioners across PwC, primarily within Deals. You will play a critical role across the end-to-end TP&I lifecycle—from diagnosing performance issues and identifying value opportunities, through to supporting and leading implementation. This is a delivery-focused role. You will be expected to take ownership of workstreams, manage stakeholders, and ensure tangible, quantifiable benefits are realised for our clients. We pride ourselves on being a trusted, hands-on delivery partner, not just an advisory voice.
What your days will look like:
- Manage internal and external stakeholders, including senior client executives
- Provide sector and functional insight to operational transformation and value creation programmes
- Analyse complex financial and operational information to develop clear, actionable recommendations
- Conduct market, operational, and client analysis to identify performance improvement opportunities
- Perform cash flow and liquidity analysis, financial baselining, sensitivity analysis, and forecast reviews
- Prepare and deliver high-quality presentations and reports for senior stakeholders
- Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with clients and colleagues across the Firm
- Leverage PwC’s broader capabilities to deliver integrated, high-impact solutions
- Lead, coach, and develop junior team members, fostering a high-performance culture
- Oversee project economics, governance, and delivery quality
- Support marketing, business development, and proposition development activities
This role is for you if:
- Experience supporting clients through operational transformation or performance improvement initiatives
- Strong financial and operational analytics capability
- Knowledge of working capital management, supply chain optimisation, procurement, and debt management
- Experience managing complex change programmes and senior stakeholders
- Comfort operating in ambiguous, high-pressure environments with competing priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including strong PowerPoint capability
- Proven experience leading, coaching, and developing teams
- Ability to leverage digital tools and data to enhance client delivery and insight
What you’ll receive from us:
No matter where you may be in your career or personal life, our benefits are designed to add value and support, recognising and rewarding you fairly for your contributions. We offer a range of benefits including empowered flexibility and a working week split between office, home and client site; private medical cover and 24/7 access to a qualified virtual GP; six volunteering days a year and much more.
