  • Drive stakeholder engagement and accountability, working collaboratively with internal teams, suppliers and senior stakeholders.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to improve processes, enhance governance and increase delivery efficiency through technology and automation.
  • Use data, feedback and lessons learned to evaluate outcomes, demonstrate benefits and support continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate across Learning, Technology, Quality and Risk functions to deliver sustainable change and improve the learner experience.

This role is for you if:

  • You have proven experience managing end-to-end projects and multiple workstreams, with successful delivery outcomes in complex or ambiguous environments.
  • You have strong PMO, project planning and governance capability, including experience of maintaining project plans, RAID logs, progress reporting and delivery controls.
  • You have experience using Smartsheet or comparable portfolio and project management tools to manage plans, dashboards and reporting.
  • You have strong risk management and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues early, assess impacts, and coordinate practical solutions.
  • You have a proven ability to build collaborative relationships across teams, challenge constructively and drive accountability for actions and deadlines.
  • Ou have experience leading continuous improvement, process change or technology adoption and embedding changes into business-as-usual operations.
  • You have experience creating, implementing and maintaining standard operating procedures (SOPs), process documentation, and associated controls.
