About the role PwC’s thriving Oracle practice in the UK is part of a dynamic EMEA‑wide and global network known for being industry‑agnostic, high‑performing and deeply collaborative. As our Oracle HCM team continues to grow, we are currently looking for highly experienced Senior Oracle Cloud HCM consultants to join our Workforce Transformation practice.
As an Oracle Cloud consultant you will accelerate your career by working with cutting‑edge technologies and making a meaningful impact across diverse markets. Our team members create and apply Oracle Cloud and broader solutions that inspire our clients and re‑imagine what is possible, delivering business value and enhanced user and customer experiences.
What your days will look like:
- Work in the Workforce Transformation team of curious problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution and collaborating across the PwC network to deliver innovative solutions.
- Lead and define Oracle HCM solution design as part of wider HR transformation programmes.
- Manage multiple project workstreams such as functional design, data migration and integration to deliver high‑quality outcomes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior client stakeholders, becoming a trusted advisor.
- Drive business development activities, including proposal creation and thought leadership in Digital HCM.
- Coach and mentor junior colleagues, supporting their career development and contributing to a positive team culture.
- Inspire and motivate diverse teams, keeping PwC a fun and inclusive place to work.
This role is for you if:
- You have full lifecycle experience of at least five large Oracle Cloud HCM implementations, including at least one in a functional technical lead or solution architect role.
- You understand best practices across business processes, cross‑pillar dependencies and implementation design within large‑scale transformation programmes.
- You can articulate clearly how Oracle Cloud HCM enables business transformation and supports benefits realisation.
- You are aware of the broader Oracle ecosystem including ERP, EPM, SCM, Analytics and Integration.
- You bring experience in several of the following areas: Business development and pre‑sales; Client stakeholder management; Solution blueprinting and presentation; Programme delivery planning and road‑mapping; Integration and data migration.
- You possess exceptional communication skills and can tell compelling stories that resonate with clients.
- You have a growth mindset, strong problem‑solving skills and a passion for innovation.
- Oracle specialism or certification is desirable.
- UK Security Clearance is a plus.
