Job Description & Summary

About the role:

PwC is seeking a highly creative and digitally minded Creative Designer to develop impactful visual communications across multiple channels. Working on high-profile campaigns, proposals, thought leadership, presentations and end-client deliverables, you will combine creativity, storytelling and emerging technologies to help solve business challenges and elevate the PwC brand.
This position is part of PwC’s in-house creative department, which brings together 28 professionals, including Creative Designers, Video Producers and Project Managers, who deliver innovative design solutions across the UK and Global firms.
We are looking for someone with a strong portfolio that demonstrates high-quality work across campaigns, presentations, proposals, digital design and visual storytelling.

What your days will look like:

  • Produce high-quality creative deliverables across multiple formats, including reports, presentations, proposals, event materials, brochures, illustrations, social media and web assets, translating complex business information into engaging visual stories, infographics and data visualisations.
  • Act as a trusted creative advisor, confidently challenging briefs, guiding stakeholders towards effective design solutions and working within PwC and client brand guidelines to solve creative challenges.
  • Build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including strategists, marketers, bid teams, content specialists, developers and business teams, working independently and collaboratively across different industries and areas of the business.
  • Manage multiple projects from brief through to delivery, maintaining high standards of creativity, attention to detail and quality control, while overseeing end-to-end production and coordinating with printers and digital teams as required.

This role is for you if:

  • Expert knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and Adobe Creative Cloud, including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, XD and Firefly, with the ability to select the most appropriate tools to achieve creative and business objectives.
  • Experience using generative AI technologies, including Adobe Firefly, Microsoft Copilot and emerging creative AI tools, to accelerate ideation, content creation and creative workflow automation.
  • Proven experience in creative design, with a focus on integrated business campaigns, proposals and presentation design for B2B audiences.
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise workload, manage multiple tasks and deadlines, and proactively identify solutions.
  • Strong influencing and communication skills, with the confidence to constructively challenge stakeholders and promote best practice.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and development, using available training and development opportunities to build skills and align with the firm’s strategy.
  • Ability to build effective relationships with clients and suppliers, combined with an interest in graphic design, infographics, typography and creativity, and a commitment to delivering excellent client service.

What you’ll receive from us:

No matter where you may be in your career or personal life, our benefits are designed to add value and support, recognising and rewarding you fairly for your contributions.
We offer a range of benefits including empowered flexibility and a working week split between office, home and client site; private medical cover and 24/7 access to a qualified virtual GP; six volunteering days a year and much more.
