This role sits within our investment partnership compliance team managing tax reporting for complex private equity and real estate funds. What your days will look like:

  • Lead quality reviews for a portfolio of large and complex fund clients ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Collaborate with senior colleagues to manage team operations including people, finances, technology, and marketing while supporting smooth transitions of work into the compliance team.
  • Provide tax technical guidance and contribute to technology development that enhances fund compliance processes, identifying consulting opportunities from compliance work.
  • Partner with advisory teams to promote the compliance offering in the market and deliver integrated client solutions.

This role is for you if:

  • Experienced reviewer of private equity and/or real estate fund compliance in the following areas: Partnership computations and returns; Investor Reporting; Experience with general partner corporate tax returns.
  • ATT, CTA, AAT or ACA qualified (preferred although individuals with relevant experience will be considered).
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills both oral and written.
