If you want to take your career to the next level and apply your skills to challenging and business-focused customer transformation programmes, then this could be for you. Our team members create and apply Workday and broader solutions that re-imagine the possible, bringing business value and improved user and customer experience.
What your days will look like:

- Lead workshops to challenge requirements and shape transformation roadmaps combining Prism datasets, Accounting Center event processing and Workday reporting/Prism analytics dashboards.
- Govern engineering/configuration squads across on/offshore; set standards for performance, cost and reliability (DataOps, CI/CD, environments).
- Drive stakeholder alignment across Finance, Risk, Compliance, Tax and Technology; articulate business cases and benefits.
- Build capability, coach managers and senior consultants; contribute thought leadership and propositions.
This role is for you if:
- You’re a Finance Transformation leader with deep hands-on understanding of Prism and Accounting Centre and their interplay with Workday Record to Report, with experience of leading mid-large sized teams.
- Workday certifications in financials or equivalent work experience in controls, audit, and complex source-to-ledger scenarios (e.g., sub-ledger replacement, front and/or back office transformation programmes) is desirable.
- You have a demonstrable record of managing people, including onshore and offshore resources.
- You can quickly build relationships with our clients and across our networked organisation, being able to gain immediate credibility and adapting your style to suit your audience.
- You have a passion to invest in others, to help them develop in their careers as part of our team.
What you’ll receive from us:
No matter where you may be in your career or personal life, our benefits are designed to add value and support, recognising and rewarding you fairly for your contributions.
