As a Manager in the Tax & Finance Transformation and Technology team, you will play a key role in delivering technology-enabled transformation across tax and finance functions.
Increasing regulatory complexity, evolving reporting requirements (e.g. e-invoicing, Making Tax Digital, real-time reporting), and pressure to modernise finance operations are driving organisations to rethink how their tax and finance functions operate. Businesses are investing in digital transformation, ERP optimisation, automation, AI, and operating model redesign to improve efficiency, control, and insight.
This role sits at the intersection of tax, finance, process and technology. We are looking for individuals who can help organisations transform how finance and tax functions operate through digital enablement, automation, and process improvement.
You will work collaboratively across tax, finance, consulting and technology teams to design and deliver practical, scalable solutions that improve compliance, reporting, operational effectiveness and decision-making.
What your days will look like:
- Managing workstreams within tax, finance or digital transformation engagements.
- Working with clients to understand current-state processes across tax and/or finance and identifying opportunities for improvement through automation, standardisation, and technology.
- Supporting the design and implementation of solutions such as:
- ERP configuration and optimisation (e.g. SAP, Oracle, Workday)
- Tax determination and reporting engines
- Tax automation tools (RPA, workflow, low-code platforms)
- Data analytics and reporting solutions
- Operating model redesign and process transformation
This role is for you if:
- You have experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Tax transformation or tax technology implementation.
- Finance transformation or finance systems implementation.
- ERP implementation or optimisation.
- Digital transformation within finance or back-office functions.
- Business process automation (RPA, workflow tools, AI-enabled process improvement).
- Shared services or operating model design.
- Data-driven reporting and analytics in finance or tax environments.
