About the role:
The Solutions and Propositions Manager will lead the development, positioning, and scaling of Microsoft-aligned solutions across the UK.
This role sits at the intersection of client demand, Microsoft capabilities, and PwC go-to-market (GTM), translating technology (e.g. Azure, Security, Business Applications, Data & AI, Copilot) into compelling, differentiated propositions that drive revenue growth and meaningful client outcomes.
A core focus of the role is to drive consistency, alignment, and scalability across the UK and EMEA, addressing current fragmentation in solution development, GTM execution, and stakeholder engagement.
What your days will look like:
Develop and continuously refine Microsoft-aligned solutions and propositions, translating complex technologies into clear, client-focused value that is scalable and consistent across markets and sectors.
Collaborate with Sales, Alliance, Sector, Delivery, and Marketing teams to embed propositions into pipeline activity, support bids, and drive coordinated go-to-market execution that delivers measurable outcomes.
Partner with Microsoft and the wider ecosystem to align priorities, co-develop joint offerings, and ensure strong connectivity between alliance, delivery, and client-facing teams.
Stay informed on market trends (e.g. AI, Cloud, Cyber), contributing to thought leadership, identifying new opportunities, and engaging stakeholders to ensure alignment, collaboration, and effective execution.
This role is for you if:
Demonstrated experience in technology consulting, solutions, or propositions, with a strong understanding of the Microsoft ecosystem (e.g. Azure, AI Business Solutions, Security).
Proven ability to design, standardise, and scale repeatable solution offerings across teams, markets, or geographies.
Experience driving aligned go-to-market execution across Sales, Marketing, Alliance, and Delivery teams.
Track record of supporting or leading complex proposals, bids, or large-scale pursuits.
Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior audiences and connect cross-functional teams.
Experience working within or alongside the Microsoft partner ecosystem, with familiarity in co-sell models, incentives, and collaboration with Microsoft stakeholders.
