- Overseeing cross-functional delivery teams, including programme management, PMO, business analysis, testing, data migration, business change, cutover and technical solution delivery.
- Developing transformation roadmaps, integrated delivery plans, RAID management approaches, budgets and governance structures.
- Working with clients to shape programme scope, business cases, solution options, timelines and delivery risks.
- Providing specialist input across key workstreams such as testing, training, data, reporting, planning, and business change.
- Leading commercial and financial aspects of delivery, including estimation, budgeting, commercial models, and contractual input.
- Supporting business development through proposal support, solution design, preparation for orals, and ongoing client relationship building.
- Collaborating with global delivery teams and technology partners, ensuring cohesive execution and alignment with platforms.
This role is for you if:
- Extensive programme management experience delivering technology-led transformation programmes within key sectors including manufacturing, industrial services, engineering, construction, business services, retail, and hospitality.
- Practical, hands-on delivery experience with e.g. Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance, SCM, Manufacturing) and NetSuite.
- Ability to lead complex discussions, manage senior stakeholder expectations and influence decision-making to support programme success.
- Proven experience in managing, coaching and developing large, multi-disciplinary delivery teams.
- Strong ability to manage multiple priorities across fast-paced engagements, demonstrating precision, efficiency, and resilience.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience contributing to business development activities such as proposal development, client pitches, and solution shaping.
