Job Description & Summary

About the role:

We are looking for an experienced EMEA Analyst Relations Leader to lead and shape PwC's analyst relations strategy across the EMEA network. A core purpose of the role is to ensure Analyst Relations continues to be recognised and used as a commercial growth lever for PwC - strengthening our market position, supporting priority client opportunities and helping Partners use analyst insight, relationships and recognition to drive growth. You will bring together PwC's priority businesses, Partners and account leads with the analysts who matter most to their markets. Success will depend on your ability to effectively manage this matrix of internal stakeholders and aligned analysts, creating the right connections and ensuring activity is focused on areas of greatest commercial value.

What your days will look like:

  • Define and lead PwC's EMEA Analyst Relations strategy, aligning analyst engagement to priority businesses, industries, capabilities and commercial growth opportunities.
  • Act as a trusted adviser to Partners and senior business leaders, helping them use analyst relationships, research and market insight to strengthen positioning, inform strategy and support client opportunities.
  • Build and manage strategic analyst relationships, connecting the right PwC Partners, subject matter specialists and client stories with the analysts and research agendas that matter most.
  • Lead PwC's approach to priority analyst evaluations, from strategic positioning and submission development through to client references, briefings and evaluation outcomes.

The role is for you if:

  • Significant experience leading Analyst Relations strategy and programmes at regional or global level.
  • A strong track record of positioning Analyst Relations as a contributor to commercial growth and business strategy.
  • Deep understanding of analyst research agendas, methodologies and evaluation processes.
  • Experience advising and preparing senior executives for analyst interactions and strategic engagements with a strong understanding of technology-enabled transformation, including areas such as AI, cloud, cyber, data and digital transformation.

What you’ll receive from us:

No matter where you may be in your career or personal life, our benefits are designed to add value and support, recognising and rewarding you fairly for your contributions. We offer a range of benefits including empowered flexibility and a working week split between office, home and client site; private medical cover and 24/7 access to a qualified virtual GP; six volunteering days a year and much more.
