PwC has an established Brand team in the UK. The team is part of UK brand and marketing alongside Campaign Management, Digital Marketing, Content & Thought Leadership and Brand Experience but the remit of the team extends beyond marketing to work across every aspect of business with the aim of creating an exceptional brand experience for our clients, our people and our communities. The PwC brand was relaunched globally in 2025 and is one of our most valuable assets. As such, we are on a mission to evolve the way we educate, engage our people and govern to elevate the brand experience across all critical touchpoints.

The Brand Team covers core areas such as strategy, insights creative, brand activation, experience, management and governance. This role is for the Brand Governance Senior Manager and will be a great opportunity for the right candidate to position brand governance as a strategic capability.

We’re looking for a well‑versed, collaborative individual who will quickly become the 'brand expert' and go‑to person, reporting to the UK brand lead and working alongside the global brand team to manage and evolve brand governance systems and compliance. We need a person who consistently acts with integrity and upholds the high brand standards and quality benchmarks that we need to hold ourselves to.

What your days will look like:

  • Serve as the brand expert and advisor, elevating and protecting the brand experience in line with PwC network standards.
  • Build and evolve brand governance frameworks and operating models to ensure consistent compliance and quality across all brand touchpoints.
  • Define brand guardrails for AI‑enabled content and emerging technologies, ensuring responsible and consistent brand application.
  • Lead co‑branding activities with third parties, including contracts and approvals for acquisitions, divestments, and joint ventures.
  • Collaborate across strategy, creative, activation, and experience teams to deliver high‑quality, insight‑driven brand experiences.
  • Oversee training, stakeholder management, brand standards reviews, and leadership of governance teams, including direct line management.
