About the role:

PwC is looking for an experienced Marketing Director to lead integrated marketing campaign activity aligned to the firm's go-to-market strategy. The role will be accountable for translating priority sector, segment, alliance and other strategic objectives into high-quality campaign activity that builds authority, creates client access and supports commercial growth.

The role will lead multi-disciplinary marketing campaign teams and work closely with colleagues across go-to-market strategy, thought leadership, brand, buyer experience, sales enablement, alliances, and account management. The role will also ensure clear hand-offs from thought leadership strategy into campaign execution, and from campaign activity into sales readiness and measurable commercial outcomes.

As a Director-level role, the successful candidate will lead sizeable portfolios within the Marketing Campaign Programme, managing senior stakeholder relationships across the firm's matrix and developing high-performing SM2, Senior Manager and Manager teams. The role is part of the wider Sales and Marketing Director leadership community and will help shape how Sales and Marketing outcomes are delivered across the firm.

What your days will look like:

  • Lead a significant portfolio of integrated marketing campaigns, translating priority sector, segment, alliance and strategic objectives into high-quality activity that builds market authority, creates client access and supports commercial growth.
  • Bring structure and pace to a complex portfolio, making clear choices on prioritisation, quality, budget, risk and measurement so campaign activity stays focused, joined up and aligned to commercial outcomes.
  • Work across the firm's matrix, building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across sectors, Lines of Service, alliances and other teams, and ensuring clear hand-offs between go-to-market strategy, thought leadership, brand, sales enablement and client relationship activity.
  • Lead and develop multi-disciplinary marketing teams, including SM2, Senior Manager and Manager colleagues, while also working with external agencies where needed to support delivery and strengthen the future campaign operating model.

This role is for you if:

  • You have Director-level or equivalent experience leading integrated business-to-business marketing campaigns.
  • You have a track record of leading teams and managing senior stakeholders in a matrix organisation.
  • You have experience translating business strategy into marketing plans, campaigns and measurable outcomes.
  • You have experience managing campaign budgets, prioritisation and performance measurement.

What you’ll receive from us:

No matter where you may be in your career or personal life, our benefits are designed to add value and support, recognising and rewarding you fairly for your contributions. We offer a range of benefits including empowered flexibility and a working week split between office, home and client site; private medical cover and 24/7 access to a qualified virtual GP; six volunteering days a year and much more.
