Within this, our Identity & Access Management (IAM) team provides best-in-class advisory, assurance and delivery services. We place digital identity at the centre of secure transformation, supporting clients across Access Management (AM), Identity Governance & Administration (IGA), Privileged Access Management (PAM), Entitlement Management and Directories. We help organisations solve a wide range of IAM challenges, from enabling secure cloud and digital transformation, to governing and securing access, to managing identity through mergers and divestments. We work with leadership teams to define IAM strategy and roadmaps, establish sustainable operating models and deliver complex multi-year IAM transformation programmes.

What your days will look like
As a Manager, you will work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:

The role is for you if
This role is ideal for someone with strong experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM) and the ability to lead and deliver complex technology-enabled solutions. You should enjoy solving problems, working independently and collaboratively, and supporting clients in designing and implementing effective IAM capabilities.
- Broad experience across the IAM lifecycle: requirements analysis, strategy, design, implementation and migration.
- Strong knowledge of identity governance, access management, privileged access management (PAM), SSO, MFA, federation, customer IAM, LDAP and core identity concepts.
- Hands-on experience with SailPoint, Saviynt, Microsoft Entra/Active Directory, ForgeRock, Ping, Okta, CyberArk, Delinea, BeyondTrust and related IAM product suites.
- Ability to apply foundational technical skills: Java, Python, OOP, networking, SDLC, and OS fundamentals (Windows, Unix, Linux).
- Experience analysing large and complex data sets (quantitative and qualitative).
- Ability to translate client needs into structured requirements, communicate clearly, and build strong client relationships.
- Strong problem-solving ability, creativity, initiative, and proficiency with MS Office.
- Collaborative team member with the ability to provide and receive guidance, foster a positive team culture and build strong working relationships.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, including structured requests for information and conflict resolution.
- Experience coordinating multiple project workstreams, supporting junior team members, and performing quality reviews.
- Experience in Legal, Procurement or Financial Services environments.
- Ability to manage deadlines, communicate technical requirements, influence outcomes and support business development (proposals, planning, delivery).
- Understanding of IAM concepts such as directory services, provisioning, access certification, roles and SoD.
- Familiarity with agile, DevOps tools (GitHub/GitLab, Jenkins, Jira, Confluence, Artifactory) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Experience leading teams, staying current with trends, contributing to knowledge development and supporting creation of proposals and client materials.
- Ability to support pre-sales through to delivery, motivate teams, set direction and ensure successful project execution.
- Relevant certifications including CISSP, CISM, CIAM, IAM vendor certifications and academic background in computer science, engineering, information security or related fields.
