Your Role
- Inspire Transformation: As a Manager within our EPM team, you'll deliver innovative client engagements, transforming business planning processes. Your leadership will not only change processes but deliver real, tangible business benefits.
- Champion Innovation: You'll harness your expertise to push the boundaries of what's possible, creating and implementing visionary ideas that drive substantial impact. You will cultivate and maintain robust, long-lasting relationships with stakeholders, ensuring continuous evolution of thought leadership in Finance Transformation.

What your days will look like:
- Delivery: Deliver business planning aspects of Finance Transformation projects, heading mixed PwC/client teams. Ensure accountability for business benefits and process design. Unearth further service opportunities while embedded within client environments.
- Business Development: Innovate and lead cutting-edge concepts from ideas to reality. Build enduring connections with client stakeholders. Pioneer Finance Transformation thought leadership by collaborating with peers in Finance Strategy, ERP Transformation and related fields.
- Practice Development: Growing teams in the UK and in our delivery centres across the globe, by supporting recruitment activities, and internal trainings. Developing the careers of the teams working with and reporting to you.
This role is for you if:
- You have experience delivering end to end business planning process design and operating model delivery, ideally within large multinationals.
- Strong track record in fostering finance process change enabled by technology, either as a seasoned consultant or a senior finance professional.
- Good understanding of how digital technology and AI is reshaping the finance landscape.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities focused on developing and enhancing teams.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with an emphasis on influencing and driving change in complex environments.
- A business and finance process-oriented mindset that seamlessly integrates technology and finance concepts.
- Experience delivering solutions with leading EPM products such as SAP, Oracle, OneStream, Anaplan, Workday Adaptive, Tagetik, or Board is desirable.
- Experience of working with other emerging technologies (e.g. Agentic Process Automation, AI, Machine Learning etc) is desirable.
