About the role:
The Manager in the Business Partnering Team serves as the primary contact for finance and business decision support. Working closely with the Finance Leader and coordinating Senior Associates and Associates, the role is collaborative, varied and integral to business success. Finance partners support business leaders by driving performance, identifying financial improvements, developing plans and budgets, and reporting commercial and operational results. The role offers broad exposure to key finance activities, tailored to individual strengths and career aspirations. It also involves building strong relationships with Business Partnering teams, Finance Directors, business leaders and Centres of Excellence to deliver value-added financial insight and support.
What your days will look like:

Lead financial planning, budgeting and forecasting activities, providing insight that supports business performance, growth and strategic decision-making.

Partner with business leaders as a trusted finance advisor, delivering commercial analysis, performance reporting and recommendations to drive informed decisions.

Build strong stakeholder relationships while developing, coaching and mentoring team members to foster collaboration, capability and continuous improvement.

Ensure robust financial governance and support complex engagements through financial oversight, risk management, compliance expertise and value-driven commercial guidance.
This role is for you if:

Professionally qualified accountant (CA, ACA, CIMA, ACCA or international equivalent) with strong technical accounting expertise and knowledge of relevant accounting standards.

Commercially focused with a strong understanding of business performance, financial drivers and strategic decision-making.

Highly analytical with excellent problem-solving skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to translate complex data into meaningful insights.

Proactive and results-driven, demonstrating initiative, accountability and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Strong relationship builder with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, able to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels.

Technology-enabled mindset with advanced Excel capabilities and a passion for using digital tools to drive efficiency, insight and business improvement.
