About the role

Join our Capital Markets team to support clients through complex financial reporting challenges during transformational events. You’ll work on high-profile transactions such as IPOs, acquisitions, and capital raising, providing assurance and advice on financial reporting aspects. This role offers exposure to senior management, bankers, lawyers, and other advisers, while delivering independent reporting and assurance that builds transparency for stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate on varied engagements, working with senior management and external advisers.
  • Draft reports, comfort letters, and review transaction documents for clients.
  • Assess prior audit work and uplift procedures for public company reporting.
  • Engage with client teams to understand financial reporting processes and commercial issues.

Essential skills & qualifications

  • Must possess a ICAEW/ICAS Qualification (or an international equivalent) or have equivalent work experience. This includes international candidates who qualify through experience in their home country.
  • Skilled in report writing and data analysis with strong attention to detail.
  • Able to manage ambiguity and deliver high-quality work under time pressure.
