As a Director in our Customer Led Transformation practice, you will lead growth and delivery for front office business and technology transformations across Consumer Market Industries (retail, consumer goods, marketplaces, pharma and life sciences). You will originate and expand senior client relationships, shape and deliver complex, multi-workstream programmes, and build propositions that differentiate us in the market.
You will combine industry expertise with commercial acumen, bringing credibility with C suite stakeholders while leading high-performing teams. Partnering with Engagement Leaders, you will apply proven delivery methods and global delivery models (onshore/nearshore/offshore) to drive efficiency, manage risk, and ensure quality and commercial performance.
You will play a key role in developing our people and capabilities—building inclusive, diverse teams; coaching senior leaders; and contributing to our communities of practice and thought leadership.
What your days will look like:
- Delivery leadership of large technology programmes, ensuring commercial performance and client impact
- Leading and mentoring Senior Managers and Managers, building capability within the team
- Building and maintaining trusted relationships with senior clients
- Leading complex proposals and RFP responses, shaping value propositions and commercial structures
- Driving sales pipeline across CM accounts
- Identifying and converting new logo opportunities in front office including retail execution, field sales, and field service
- Developing and scaling alliances with key technology partners across customer platforms, cloud and AI ecosystems
This role is for you if you have:
- Strong industry experience selling and delivering complex programs within Consumer Markets, either from consulting or in-house digital leadership roles
- A proven track record of generating revenue and managing a healthy sales pipeline
- Confidence in leading senior client conversations and closing complex deals
- An understanding of the commercial drivers of front office
- The ability to balance growth, delivery and team leadership effectively
- A strong external network and alliance mindset
