About the role:
Join our Digital Audit team as a Manager, where you’ll combine technology, data, business, and accounting expertise to deliver high-quality audits across a range of industries. The team culture is collaborative and innovative, focused on continuous learning and leveraging leading technologies to modernise audit delivery.
You’ll lead engagements, design and develop ways to automate and reimagine audits, and coach teams within the Innovation & Data group. The role is based in the UK, with occasional travel to client sites and other offices as required.
We’re looking for someone with strong market credentials in data and analytics, excellent stakeholder management skills, and proven leadership experience. This is an opportunity to work on complex technical assignments, develop your skills, and make a real impact in a rapidly evolving area.
What your days will look like:
As a Digital Audit Manager, you’ll add value by driving innovation and quality in audit delivery. Your key day-to-day duties will include:
- Managing complex engagements focused on automating and reimagining audits
- Leading teams to develop audit solutions using technologies such as Databricks, SQL, Python, Alteryx, Power BI, and PowerApps
- Reviewing and ensuring quality control of analytics outputs and deliverables
- Coaching and developing team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation
This role is for you if:
- You have strong market credentials in data and analytics, with experience in data management, cleansing, and analytics within the audit process
- You possess hands-on experience with Python and at least two other data analytics technologies (such as Databricks, SQL, Alteryx, Power BI, or PowerApps)
- You have excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate technical issues in simple business terms
- You have solid experience managing projects, including developing project plans, budgets, and deliverables schedules
- You have experience managing people and providing coaching to individuals
- You have experience of the full engagement delivery lifecycle, including risk and quality management
