About the role
PwC’s Digital Audit practice is at the centre of how we deliver high‑quality, differentiated audits in an increasingly competitive UK market. As a Digital Audit Director, you will be part of a national team of around 450 specialists working across London, Birmingham, Manchester and Edinburgh, supporting some of the firm’s largest and most complex clients. You will shape and deliver audits with technology at their core, working closely with audit leadership and client stakeholders. This role offers significant exposure, influence and the opportunity to help transform how audits are designed and delivered. Travel to client sites will be required.
What your days will look like
In this role, you will provide leadership and innovation across large, complex audit engagements, ensuring technology is embedded throughout the audit lifecycle. You will:
- Lead delivery of high‑quality digital audit solutions across a portfolio of major clients
- Develop and communicate the audit technology proposition to senior client stakeholders
- Support client targeting, proposals and pitches alongside lead engagement partners
- Coach and develop teams across multiple locations, embedding best practice and innovation
This role is for you if:
- You have led large, complex audit engagements within a regulated audit environment
- You have strong experience embedding technology or digital tools into audit delivery
- You have proven experience building and sustaining senior client relationships
- You have experience of SOx engagements and related regulatory requirements
- You have led, coached and developed teams across multiple locations
- You have contributed to business development, proposals or audit tenders
