About the role: Our highly successful strategic alliance with Palantir Technologies is expanding and we are seeking innovative and trusted experts to deepen our collaboration and capability. As a Manager within our Centre of Excellence, you will apply your proven experience to design, implement and govern scalable, high-performing solutions that combine Palantir’s proven AI technology with our strategy, delivery and transformation expertise, to help clients tackle complex challenges at speed.

What your days will look like:
- Lead, inspire and guide your delivery team, using consulting skills to design and implement Palantir Foundry-enabled solutions that drive strategic transformations through technology, AI and data.
- Apply your strong understanding of Palantir Foundry to drive value creation and strategic transformation for clients, optimising their digital investment for maximum business impact.
- Collaborate with Palantir Forward Deployed Engineers and client SMEs to take ownership of projects, ensuring their successful planning, budgeting, robust execution, and completion.
- Coordinate effectively with cross-functional experts, leveraging diverse skills to deliver tailored, high-value solutions to clients across complex environments.
- Coach and leverage your team’s unique strengths, deepening their expertise and managing performance to deliver on client expectations.
- Build meaningful connections with stakeholders, fostering collaboration and shared growth through integrity and authenticity.
- Identify opportunities that contribute to the success of PwC and our strategic alliance with Palantir.
- Uphold and reinforce professional and technical standards, the firm's code of conduct, and independence requirements.
This role is for you if:
- Experience across data/analytics/engineering or consulting.
- Track record of high-quality delivery of scalable data products within complex client environments.
- Expert knowledge of Foundry building blocks (e.g. Ontology, pipelines, apps, AIP).
- Palantir Foundry certifications desirable.
- Strong experience in object-oriented design, software engineering and demonstrated proficiency in at least one relevant coding language (e.g. Python/PySpark, R, Java, Typescript, SQL).
- Experience with one modern LLM stack (OpenAI/Azure OpenAI, HF, vLLM/LangChain/LlamaIndex) desirable.
- Proven experience in UX design and/or data visualisation.
- Some understanding of data engineering, data modelling, and platform integration across enterprise environments.
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and ability to lead and collaborate effectively in teams of technical and non-technical individuals.
- Experience in Financial Services, Government, Healthcare, Energy or Manufacturing.
- Transferable government clearance (SC, DV) desirable.
