We are looking for driven, entrepreneurial, high achieving and high potential individuals to take our Finance and ERP Consulting practice to the next level. Currently, we are looking for an ERP Business Change Lead at Manager Level to join the team.

What your days will look like:

  • Working within Business Change teams on our biggest business-led programmes and projects
  • Developing and implementing forward-thinking business change strategies, tailored to specific client needs, to drive strong adoption of new processes, systems and ways of working
  • Working in an agile environment, collaborating with a diverse (technical and non-technical) group of internal (PwC) and external (client) stakeholders
  • Supporting the development of tailored plans for change, in line with overall programme timelines, activities and milestones
  • Developing and supporting the facilitation of immersive workshops with our clients to help them ‘re-imagine’ the future of their organisation and understand what the changes mean for them
  • Undertaking or overseeing change impact assessments, business readiness assessments, and tailored process adoption initiatives
  • Developing and implementing robust communication and engagement plans to drive change at all levels of the organisation
  • Managing the transition of change for our clients - building change influencer networks, facilitating knowledge transfer and implementing support models
  • Ensuring the interests of programme sponsors are met by the project and programme, as well as supporting the development of approaches to benefits realisation
  • Leading other high-performing team members; displaying flexibility in using a range of influencing styles in order to build strong sustainable relationships whilst demonstrating the firm's values

This role is for you if:

  • Significant experience as a Business Change specialist on large-scale transformation programmes, underpinned by technology, in one or more industries
  • Experience of delivering Change within large-scale ERP SAP programmes
  • Experience of delivering Business Change in programmes that are multi-site / regional / global
  • A proven track record in helping global brands transform their organisations, taking a lead role for business change needed to deliver a successful solution
  • Demonstrable experience of driving client adoption of systems, processes and new ways of working through an innovative and forward-thinking approach to Business Change
  • Experience delivering key Business Change activities, such as Change Impact Assessments, Business Readiness Assessments, implementation of Change Networks, Training, and Communications & Engagement
  • Some knowledge and understanding of Finance and Supply Chain processes
  • Previous consulting experience is a must!
  • Excellent stakeholder management and relationship building skills
  • Demonstrable ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly in a fast-moving technology landscape
