The AWS Alliance Senior Manager is responsible for developing and expanding the strategic relationship with Amazon Web Services (AWS). The position focuses on collaborating with stakeholders across the organisation and AWS to strengthen relationships, design and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies, and support alliance sales targets and objectives. It plays a central role within the Alliance team, driving momentum, alignment, and effective execution of strategic plans.
As part of the Strategic Alliances team, this role works closely with the Alliance Director and lead Partner to manage, maintain, and grow the AWS relationship, contributing to measurable market impact. It partners with practice teams across the business, covering professional services marketing, sales support, and business development to enable delivery against alliance goals. The role also collaborates with the EMEA Alliance team to ensure that metrics and targets are clearly defined, tracked, and reported. The AWS Alliance is a key driver of growth within the technology market and is recognised as a strategic GSI alliance within AWS.
What your days will look like:
- Coordinate and deliver the UK Alliance strategy, supporting vendor alignment, business development, demand generation, and priority account pursuits.
- Build and maintain strong relationships across the Alliance, contributing to joint account planning, large pursuits, and alignment to priority solutions and industries.
- Manage pipeline tracking, facilitate key meetings, and collaborate with leadership, marketing, and external stakeholders to drive alliance growth and measurable outcomes.
- Support go-to-market activities, including campaigns, events, and operational processes (e.g. budgeting, certifications, compliance), and contribute to the development of customer case studies.

- Experience working with alliance teams and managing complex technical solution portfolios.
- Strong influencing, communication (written and verbal), and facilitation skills.
- Ability to engage stakeholders at all levels and support client service delivery throughout the sales process.
