EIS and asset-intensive sector credibility: Experience across utilities, engineering, construction, and infrastructure environments, underpinned by early career leadership on major capital programmes.
Private Equity and investment expertise: Delivered commercial due diligences and value-creation studies for PE and VC clients, including $1bn+ transactions, linking AI initiatives directly to equity value creation.
Go-to-market and revenue leadership: Accountable for full opportunity lifecycle, managing £1m+ of engagements annually and contributing to £1.5m+ in sales through land-and-expand strategies.
Delivery and operating model design: Proven ability to design and govern complex operating models, ensuring AI solutions are embedded, scalable, and benefits-led.
People and practice development: Active mentor, AI Champion, and graduate of a Pathway to Partner programme, with experience building capability and shaping new propositions.
