About the Role: We are building one of the most innovative and health‑focused consulting capabilities and are market leading in digital transformations, particularly with Electronic Patient Records (EPRs). Our work centres on helping public and private health and social care organisations design and deliver large‑scale transformation — from rethinking digitally enabled health systems to modernising services, improving patient outcomes and enabling more efficient, and resilient organisations.
The UK health and social care sector is undergoing once‑in‑a‑generation change: integrated care systems, elective recovery, digital and data transformation, workforce redesign, financial sustainability and the adoption of digital health technologies at scale. Our team supports clients across the NHS, arm’s‑length bodies, local government and independent providers to navigate this complexity and deliver meaningful, lasting change.
We are a collaborative, diverse and growing team with deep expertise in public and private Healthcare. As a Manager, you’ll lead client EPR and digital transformation engagements, bring strong sector and EPR supplier knowledge, and work with multidisciplinary teams to shape and deliver end‑to‑end transformation programmes that make a difference to patients, clinicians, communities and the wider system.
What your days will look like:
- Managing the design and delivery of health‑focused, technology‑enabled EPR transformation programmes — including care pathway transformation, implementation planning, programme mobilisation, organisational readiness and optimisation.
- Developing insight into client needs across care settings, and supporting the growth of our Health Enterprise Transformation market.
- Helping to evolve our tools, methods and assets specifically for EPR and digital health transformation, drawing on best practice across change, programme delivery and digital adoption.
- Leading engagement economics, risk and issue management, and ensuring high‑quality programme and project delivery.
- Building trusted relationships with senior health stakeholders and expanding your network across the sector and delivery models.
This role is for you if:
- You have hands‑on experience scoping and delivering EPR transformation programmes within the health or social care sector — such as clinical or operational transformation, digital health initiatives, workforce change or data‑led improvement programmes.
- You have knowledge of EPR systems and understand the delivery and implementation e.g. Oracle Health, Epic, Nervecentre.
- You have experience in EPR supplier design and implementation methodology, transformation programme management, change and adoption, or transformation communications across multi-disciplinary care settings.
- You understand the transformation opportunities and constraints unique to health and social care — including patient safety, quality and outcomes, regulatory requirements and workforce pressures.
- You understand, identify and can execute on opportunities to leverage AI to accelerate EPR delivery.
- You are comfortable developing requirements across process, people, organisation, technology and data to support EPR transformation aligning to key vendor methodologies.
- You can articulate the tangible benefits of digital and data technologies in healthcare, such as digital care pathways, analytics, interoperability and automation.
- You have a successful track record of leadership in healthcare — either from consulting or from working directly within the sector.
- Ability to travel to client site across the UK - 60% of time will be spent on client site.
What you’ll receive from us: No matter where you may be in your career or personal life, our benefits are designed to add value and support, recognising and rewarding you fairly for your contributions. We offer empowered flexibility, a working week split between office, home and client site; private medical cover and 24/7 access to a qualified virtual GP; volunteering days each year and much more.
