The People Solutions team’s Talent Engagement function delivers the organisation’s strategy to attract, select and engage talent from UK universities, schools and colleges. We are seeking a Senior Associate to support Technology Degree Apprenticeships and the Flying Start Accounting programme. The role works closely with Talent Engagement Managers and Senior Managers to ensure smooth delivery across attraction, selection, on‑programme experience and offboarding. You will contribute to a varied portfolio, helping to create an excellent experience for apprentices and graduate participants while adding value to the organisation through effective coordination, communication and programme support.

What your days will look like:

  • Build strong partnerships with universities and colleges to recruit and support students, stakeholders and the successful delivery of apprenticeship and degree‑linked programmes.
  • Collaborate with business teams where apprentices and programme participants are deployed, ensuring smooth communication and alignment.
  • Provide operational support across the programme portfolio, assisting Talent Engagement Managers with planning, coordination and day‑to‑day delivery.
  • Support programme pipelines and contribute to wider Talent Engagement initiatives, including internships, virtual insights and diversity-focused programmes.
