Reporting to the Director of Inclusion Engagement & Culture, the Inclusion Lead leads our efforts to build and sustain an inclusive workplace culture. This role involves designing and implementing strategies, programmes, and initiatives that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion at all levels of the organisation.
You would be responsible for developing the firm's inclusion strategy and its execution, working with the business to implement a programme of activity and using insights to engage business leaders to take ownership of activities, deliverables, and goals. You will work closely with the Line of Service People Directors, People Consultants, and People Function Teams to implement inclusion priority initiatives and to ensure diversity and inclusion is embedded across all people processes.
You’ll be part of the team who support the business with the delivery of the firmwide strategy through embedding our values and desired culture, specifically driving inclusion, maintaining and building trust, and active engagement with our people. We work with each Line of Service to bring their people priorities to life through a series of inclusion, cultural, and engagement interventions that align with the CoE and firmwide strategy.

What your days will look like:
- Team Leadership: Lead and coach a small team of inclusion specialists, acting as Career Coach supporting performance and development.
- Strategic Leadership: Guide and refine the firm's inclusion strategy, advising senior stakeholders on inclusion matters. Support business units with tailored D&I solutions. Utilising data analysis, share insights with clients and contribute to proposals. Collaborate across the PwC network to share best practices.
- Programme Development: Design and manage inclusion programmes and workshops. Evaluate and improve existing initiatives. Stay current on inclusion trends and legislation to inform policy and practice.
- Communication & Advocacy: Develop and share a compelling inclusion narrative. Represent the firm externally in D&I forums. Build external partnerships to support inclusion goals.
This role is for you if:
- Demonstrable experience in diversity and inclusion leadership, ideally within a large complex organisation.
- Strong strategic thinking and ability to translate vision into actionable plans.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Experience leading teams and managing cross-functional initiatives.
- Familiarity with governance structures and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Demonstrated success in designing and implementing DEI strategies and programmes.
- Considerable understanding of the evidence/research base for behaviour change and effective inclusion strategies; and current DEI trends, challenges, and legal frameworks.
- Excellent interpersonal communication and leadership skills.
- Experience with data analysis and measurement of DEI initiatives.
- A robust understanding of commercial drivers and the ability to credibly position DEI as a strategic business imperative.
