About this Role:
This role is responsible for assessing and quantifying financial claims through detailed analysis and customer engagement, while maintaining high quality and compliance standards, collaborating across teams, and contributing to continuous process improvement. This role is to be based in either Glasgow or Bradford and will require working 3 days a week on-site.
What your days will look like:
Assess and validate claims by reviewing supporting documentation, gathering additional information where , and determining claim eligibility.
Perform accurate loss calculations and prepare clear assessment reports, ensuring all records and documentation are maintained in line with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Conduct customer touchpoint calls in accordance with regulatory guidance and Standard Operating Procedures, providing a positive and compliant customer experience.
Support quality assurance by providing feedback to the pre-assessment team, maintaining high-quality standards, and ensuring work is completed accurately first time.
Monitor and take ownership of individual KPIs and quality targets, proactively escalating challenges, queries, exceptions, or risks to the Team Leader as .
Participate in daily team huddles, contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, and support enhancements to case assessment and claim quantification processes.
This role is for you if:
Minimum Level 3 qualified in CII Diploma for Regulated Financial Planning (Lv4 desirable)
Experience assessing and quantifying financial claims
Ability to apply a logical and analytical approach to work
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Aptitude for learning new systems and IT applications
Highly Organised and meticulous
