Our Financial Services Technology Data and Resilience (TDR) team helps FS firms navigate a complex data environment by providing strategic, operational and governance solutions. You will work on data strategy, governance, AI and automation integration, and client engagement to help insurers and banks modernise their data capabilities.
What your days will look like:
- Data Strategy Development: Assist in developing enterprise-wide data strategies and operating models that embed sustainable data management and AI practices, ensuring alignment with sector-specific regulatory and operational requirements.
- Data Governance Support: Contribute by helping clients improve data quality, lineage and controls, addressing regulatory gaps and strengthening internal oversight.
- AI and Automation Integration: Leverage AI and automation to enhance the scalability and performance of data management and implementation activities, including data discovery, monitoring and policy enforcement.
- Value Addition for Clients: Provide insights and practical solutions to improve data governance and management practices, aiding clients in achieving greater effectiveness and innovation.
- Promotion of Data Governance Culture: Support the promotion of a robust culture that integrates people, processes and technology, reducing risk and fostering business insights.
- Engagement and Collaboration: Collaborate on engagements supporting teams to meet client requirements and understand regulatory demands, ensuring alignment with client goals.
- Team Development and Delivery: Contribute to delivery efforts and support diverse teams by utilizing AI and technological tools under guidance, enhancing capabilities in delivering innovative solutions.

- You have expertise in the insurance or banking sectors and can help clients modernise and future‑proof their data capabilities by designing strategic operating models and deploying fit‑for‑purpose tools.
- You can combine client delivery and business development, navigating complex, industry‑specific data challenges including regulatory scrutiny and legacy operating models.
- You have a good understanding of the data governance ecosystem within insurance or banking, facilitating strategic and technological transformations to enhance data governance capabilities.
- You are familiar with regulatory drivers such as Solvency II and IFRS 17, and can apply data management frameworks like DAMA and DCAM to craft sustainable data strategies with effective governance.
- Exposure to cloud data environments and modern data architectures is preferred; familiarity with insurance market regulations (e.g., Solvency II, IFRS 17, PRA) is a plus.
