About the role
The Digital Product Solutions (DPS) team, within PwC\’s AI and Modelling business unit, specialises in helping clients with technology and AI transformation. As clients increase their digital and AI maturity, one area where we are seeing significant demand for services is around product design, delivery and management. We work at the forefront of innovation, partnering with clients to build future-ready digital and AI-enabled solutions that unlock value and create competitive advantage.
To meet this demand and market opportunity, DPS focuses on the following services:
Custom product development services – supporting clients with the end-to-end design, implementation and management of bespoke digital and AI products.
PwC products – developing and managing PwC-owned offerings which are licensed via software-as-a-service (SaaS) models.
OpenAI alliance – enabling clients to adopt ChatGPT Enterprise and develop tailored AI agents and solutions using OpenAI\’s APIs and models.
What your days will look like;
The DPS business is a strategic growth area with significant potential. We are seeking a high-performing and experienced Senior Manager, with potential progression to Director, to help shape and execute our strategy, manage operations and people, and drive market activation and commercial success.

• Take ownership of operational processes and team leadership, establishing a scalable, product-centric operating model to support quality and sustainable growth.

• Lead a portfolio of digital and AI solutions, supporting product managers through the full lifecycle from ideation to business-as-usual.

• Work closely with clients and internal teams to drive the design and agile delivery of digital and AI-enabled platforms that address real-world business challenges.

• Lead client engagements and manage senior stakeholder relationships, delivery teams, and commercial performance. Provide strategic account management for long-term, multi-year implementations.

• Spearhead business development, lead market activation and contribute to pipeline growth by responding to tenders and proactively identifying new opportunities.

• Actively collaborate with alliance partners (e.g. OpenAI, Microsoft) to remain on the leading edge of emerging technologies and jointly explore new client opportunities.

• Drive internal capability building and knowledge-sharing, ensuring the team remains aligned with best practices in AI adoption and product innovation.

This role is for you if you have

• Deep understanding of the product lifecycle and a range of delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).

• Strong technical expertise across modern product development tools, cloud platforms and AI technologies, with an emphasis on emerging trends and adaptability. Specific exposure to:

• Microsoft Azure (e.g. Data Factory, Databricks, Cognitive Services)

• Modern application architectures and development frameworks (e.g. ASP.NET, SQL, Vue.js or equivalents, OpenAI APIs)

• Experience designing and integrating AI/LLM solutions in enterprise settings, with a strong understanding of architecture, security, and ethical considerations.

• Experience of defining and implementing product-centric operating models, governance and quality standards.

• Commercial acumen in product development, including pricing, licensing and business model strategy.

• Demonstrable track record in sales activation, pipeline conversion, and navigating procurement and contracting processes.
