We are building one of the most innovative and impactful transformation capabilities in Defence consulting. Leveraging expertise in operating model design, change management, programme and project delivery, and large-scale transformation, we help Defence organisations achieve mission success through human-led, tech-powered solutions. Taking an enterprise-wide approach to transformation, we unlock efficiencies, enhance operational effectiveness, and ensure Defence organisations deliver on their critical objectives. We tackle complex challenges, working on some of the most pressing issues facing the Defence sector today. We are a high-performing, diverse, and collaborative team. While we have grown significantly, we have bold ambitions to expand further and are seeking exceptional individuals to join us.
What your days will look like:
- As a Manager, you will play a key role in delivering transformation programmes for Defence clients.
- Working as part of a dynamic team, you will:
- Support the design and delivery of high-profile, technology-enabled transformation programmes for UK Defence organisations.
- Lead workstreams within larger transformation initiatives, ensuring successful implementation.
- Analyse and interpret client challenges, contributing to the development of innovative solutions.
- Support senior stakeholders, building trusted relationships and helping to navigate complex change.
- Manage project delivery, tracking progress, risks, and budget while ensuring high-quality outcomes.
- Contribute to the development of transformation methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Coach and mentor junior colleagues, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team culture.
- Continue to develop your expertise in Defence transformation and stay ahead of emerging industry trends.
This role is for you if:
- You have experience delivering transformation programmes within the Defence sector.
- Strong understanding of operating model design, programme and change management.
- Ability to interpret strategic and operational challenges, translating them into actionable solutions.
- Proven ability to manage projects, track progress, and drive outcomes within set timelines and budgets.
- Awareness of technology-enabled transformation, including digital and cloud solutions.
- Experience supporting large, complex programmes and collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams.
- Exposure to agile and scaled agile methodologies.
