We are seeking an experienced and commercially minded Senior Manager to join our TAD+ (Technology, AI, Data and Third Parties) Risk Management team, with a focus on Third Party Risk Management (TPRM). Acting as a trusted adviser to PwC's client-facing businesses and internal functions, the team enables the responsible use of technology, AI, data and third parties. We help the firm identify, assess and manage risks arising from third-party relationships that support business operations and service delivery.
Reporting to a Director, you will lead the day-to-day operation and ongoing development of PwC's TPRM framework. Managing a team of risk professionals, you will oversee third-party risk across the supplier lifecycle, from due diligence and contracting through to governance, monitoring, issue management and offboarding.
You will play a key role in strengthening third-party governance and maturing the firm's TPRM framework, including policies, standards, tooling, management information and decision-making. You will also expand the range of suppliers and services within scope, embedding a proportionate, risk-based approach that supports the firm's growth, resilience and operating model.
What your days will look like:
- Lead third-party risk management across a diverse supplier portfolio.
- Manage and develop a team of risk professionals, driving high-quality outcomes and an excellent stakeholder experience.
- Enhance third-party governance, including oversight, decision-making and escalation processes.
- Drive the continued evolution of the TPRM framework, including policies, standards, supplier tiering, due diligence and monitoring approaches.
- Deliver insightful management information and reporting to support effective risk-based decisions.
- Ensure third-party risks are effectively assessed and managed throughout onboarding, contracting, ongoing monitoring and offboarding.
- Oversee supplier assurance, ongoing monitoring and remediation activities.
- Identify and deliver improvements to processes, tooling, reporting and service delivery to enhance both risk management outcomes and stakeholder experience.
This role is for you if:
- Significant experience in third-party risk management, supplier risk or outsourcing risk within a complex organisation.
- An understanding of third-party lifecycle controls, including due diligence, contracting, monitoring, remediation and offboarding.
- Demonstrable experience developing or enhancing TPRM frameworks, governance models or operating processes.
- Experience leading teams and delivering outcomes through others.
- Proven stakeholder management and influencing skills, including experience engaging with senior leadership.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex risk issues clearly and pragmatically.
- Ability to balance commercial objectives, operational requirements and risk management considerations, demonstrating sound judgement and credibility.
