Job Description & Summary

About the role:

This role is designed for a skilled professional who thrives in a dynamic, collaborative environment and is passionate about supporting the shaping the future of talent, development and coaching. Sitting within the Strategy & Insights team in the Talent, Development & Coaching Centre of Excellence (TD&C CoE), you will work across five core areas – data, insights and impact; strategy and thought leadership; research and innovation; CoE wide operational excellence; and scoping and facilitation — to support the delivery of high-quality, data-informed, and future-focused TD&C experiences for our people.

You’ll be part of a team that brings creativity, rigour and market insight to the design and governance of our TD&C portfolio, ensuring our offering is innovative, impactful and aligned to the firm’s strategic priorities.

What your days will look like:

  • Facilitate workshops to define business needs and shape learning outcomes, translating insights into clear documentation
  • Support the development of project proposals, business cases, and L&D demand planning (including budget and resources)
  • Analyse data, conduct market research, and produce insights on trends, tools, and supplier capabilities
  • Collaborate across the team to drive delivery, enhance processes, test new solutions, and maintain consistent templates and best practices

This role is for you if you:

  • You’re curious and innovative, bringing fresh thinking, exploring new approaches, and testing ideas
  • You build relationships and communicate effectively, adapting your style to different stakeholders
  • You’re organised and delivery-focused, using structured planning to produce high-quality outcomes on time
  • You’re data-driven, able to analyse and visualise insights to tell compelling stories and influence decisions
  • You thrive in collaborative, cross-functional teams and facilitate inclusive, outcome-focused sessions
  • You’re resilient and adaptable, comfortable with ambiguity, balancing multiple priorities with a passion for development and continuous improvement

What you’ll receive from us:

No matter where you may be in your career or personal life, our benefits are designed to add value and support, recognising and rewarding you fairly for your contributions.

We offer a range of benefits including empowered flexibility and a working week split between office, home and client site; private medical cover and 24/7 access to a qualified virtual GP; six volunteering days a year and much more.
