The Tech Lounge is PwC’s in‑office walk‑up technology support model, providing colleagues with real‑time problem solving, training, and advice. As a Tech Lounge Support team member, you will be part of a customer‑focused and innovative team delivering onsite technology support across our offices.
You will work in person, five days per week, creating an engaging and collaborative environment where colleague experience, operational excellence, and continuous improvement are prioritised.
In this role, you will:
- Provide face‑to‑face support to resolve hardware and software issues, ensuring all activity is accurately logged and updated in ServiceNow.
- Deliver one‑to‑one and group training sessions to help colleagues make the most of PwC technology.
- Promote and guide colleagues toward self‑service tools, automation, and digital support channels to improve efficiency and reduce repeat issues.
- Support the rollout of new technologies, collaborating with relevant PwC teams and contributing to continuous service improvement.
We’re looking for individuals who:
- Are passionate about technology, innovation, and delivering exceptional customer experience.
- Have some experience in a practical IT support or customer‑facing technology role (desirable but not essential).
- Have an interest in troubleshooting Windows, macOS or iOS technology issues, with a willingness to learn and upskill.
- Work proactively, think critically, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Thrive in a collaborative environment and are flexible to support multiple PwC offices.
- Are fluent in English and legally authorised to work in the UK.
