You’ll gain first-hand experience across the full sales process – from prospecting and negotiation through to account management and business development. You’ll rotate across different areas of the sales floor, building a solid understanding of our operations before partnering with an experienced International Account Manager. Together, you’ll help manage and grow your shared territory by opening new business and strengthening existing customer relationships. You’ll play a key role in matching our constantly evolving product range to our customers’ needs – helping them find the right products at the best possible value.

What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting an International Account Manager with day-to-day account management tasks
- Building and maintaining strong relationships across a broad customer base
- Helping to identify and secure new business opportunities
- Researching customers and markets to inform your approach
- Developing your commercial awareness and understanding of the FMCG sector
- Regularly reporting to the Senior Sales Support team
- Assisting with the coordination of UK and international travel
- Meeting key performance indicators (KPIs), including daily call targets
