About the role PwC's Oracle HCM team sits at the heart of our Oracle practice in Consulting. We help clients maximise the value of their Oracle Cloud investment through advisory, implementation and transformation programmes. We are currently looking for experienced Oracle Recruiting Cloud consultants with a strong track record of solution delivery and client impact to join our established and growing team. What your days will look like:
- Working as part of a diverse team of curious and collaborative problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution.
- Supporting clients in transforming recruitment and talent acquisition processes.
- Conducting requirements gathering and fit-gap analysis workshops.
- Configuring Oracle Recruiting Cloud solutions.
- Supporting testing, training and deployment activities.
- Communicating clearly and effectively with stakeholders using structured, straightforward language.
- Collaborating with colleagues across the PwC network to deliver innovative Oracle Cloud solutions.
- Supporting post-go-live activities and continuous improvement initiatives.
This role is for you if:
- Eligible to obtain UK Security Clearance (SC) and NATO clearance.
- Full lifecycle experience of at least one Oracle Cloud HCM implementation.
