Are you an experienced non-contentious insolvency specialist, keen to join a leading name within this field? My client is a Legal 500-ranked specialist with an excellent reputation within the insolvency and restructuring sector. Due to an upcoming retirement, an opportunity has arisen for an experienced non-contentious insolvency lawyer to join the team in a senior role, taking over from a highly-rated practitioner and with a strong platform to build this offering further.

The firm is keen to speak with restructuring and insolvency partners/designates with proven experience of acting for IPs, creditors and directors of insolvent businesses, as well as both sellers and buyers of companies which are either in or facing insolvency. Candidates should be able to provide advice on matters such as restructuring, turnarounds and pre-pack administrations.

It is likely that you will have a portable network of contacts and referrers, as well as a proven ability to generate new instructions, and will be keen to bring these skills to a leading player within this field. The firm operates out of various locations and would be happy to speak with high calibre individuals looking both on the South Coast and in London, although applicants in other locations may also be considered.

Remuneration is highly competitive and should attract high calibre partner or designate-level specialists within the insolvency and restructuring market, who are looking to take on an exciting new opportunity.
