Superb opportunities for ambitious planning lawyers in locations across the East of England! We are working with a thriving and expanding Legal 500 firm which works with a high calibre client base including developers, housebuilders, landowners and renewable energy providers. As the firm continues to expand, a number of new opportunities have come up within its highly-rated planning law team with the potential for these roles to be based across much of East Anglia and the East Midlands.
You will have a broad range of planning law experience and be looking to handle a diverse caseload including, inter alia:
- section 106 agreements
- Compulsory Purchase matters
- planning appeals
- section 278 agreements
- enforcement
- judicial reviews and challenges in the High Court
The firm is seeking experienced planning law specialists who have some or all of the experience outlined above, and who are looking to join a firm which is consistently recognised as being a great place to work. You will likely have accrued circa 1-6 years PQE and will be looking for a firm which offers clear routes for career advancement as well as a supportive environment.
